We provide free foreclosured home listings and information on our websites. We advertise all of the HUD'S, VA, FREDDIE MAC, FANNIE MAE, USDA, Bank of America and Bank of Ocwen properties. We update these properties 3 times a day, 7 days a week.
Once the home buyer clicks onto our site, they will select their state, then they would select the county that they are interested in finding property. Once they select the county that you represent, they would see you as the only real estate agent they will be dealing with. We would provide the Home Buyer with a complete list of all the foreclosed properties in the area. Once they find a property that they are interested in, they will fill out the online pre-qualification which gets emailed directly to you and the lender in Real Time. We would also email that home buyer your contact information and let them know that you will be in touch with them. Eighty percent of 1st and 2nd time home buyers start their home search looking for a government or bank owned foreclosure. You can expect anywhere from 10%- 20% of the pre-qualifications to go to closing. It's a No Brainer!
We have no contract with this service. This is on a Month to Month basis. No referral fees, No per lead charges and we do not make any commission off of any properties that you close. You stay with us as long as you are happy with the buyers we send to you. If you are not happy, then you simply cancel. There are never any cancellation fees.
